Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:  email at info@gadjetmart.com within 14 days of receiving the item. After the claim is approved, you must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;

In the case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit photo evidence to info@gadjetmart.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.

If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded Missing order. In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by you;

Your order does not arrive due to an exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our warehouse at the address we provided to you.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

If you want to initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please complete the following steps:

  • In the event of a return, exchange, or refund request contact us via email at info@gadjetmart.com and include the evidence if required;
  • After we have approved the order return, exchange or refund, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the address we provide to you. You must return the item to our warehouse at your own expense and the item must be unused;
  • You must provide a tracking number;
  • Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file. In order for us to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned to be provided.
